Valencia is a city that straddles the past and future quite well creating a charm completely not found anywhere else in Spain. The coastal city’s splendid setting – amid rugged mountains and glorious orange groves is blessed with fresh produce and seafood all year round. Surrounded by its “huerta”, a fertile zone of market gardens. Valencia is famous as the home of rice dishes such as paella, but its buzzy dining scene offers plenty more choices; it’s a superb spot for eating when we will bring you in this trip.
From Valencia we will stay in the island of Mallorca, is the kind of place that makes you feel as though you’ve entered a dream world and also right at home.
