Check in at our boutique hotel, located in the heart of Valencia, where you’ll have time to relax before our Tour Orientation. At the orientation, get to know your tour directors and travel companions, and learn the details of your upcoming trip. Finish the evening with a Welcome Dinner in a centrally located restaurant nearby.
24 of April Monday
- Valencia, Spain – Breakfast, Market visit and Lunch Paella class, and Tour included


After breakfast we will head to the Mercat Central(Central Market), where we will share with you interesting tales about its origins and evolution throughout history. Get ready for a culinary adventure because you are guaranteed to learn a lot! The chefs will give you all the necessary tips and instructions for cooking paella as well as share valuable information about the history of paella and the varieties of rice that should or should not be used! The class will be taught by professionally trained Spanish chefs and are designed for both accomplished and novice cooks. The menu is frequently updated to include local and seasonal ingredients and includes an appetizer, salad, and classic paella. Also available will be fresh fruits with sangria that you will prepare during the cooking class.
We will give you a historical tour with remarkable information about Valencian culture. We will also visit the most historic spots in Valencia such as, Plaça Redona, Plaça del Mercat, Plaça del Carme, Plaça de Tossal, Mercat Mossen Sorrell and Placa de la Tapineria and learn inside information that most tourists would never find out on their visit to Valencia!
In the early evening we will head to Valencia old town to enjoy the especially rich and dynamic ambient, and is truly unlike any Spanish city you will visit! During the tour, we will taste the most authentic Valencia treats for a unique “Merienda experience”. Free time

After breakfast we will head in our private coach to this excursion into the mountains and villages of Valencia to a place that few visitors to Valencia know of. Small mountain villages, olive and almond orchards, canyons and forests are some of the things we will see, not to mention the surprises! The gorgeous thermal springs of Montanejos is an adventure you do not want to miss. On this day-trip we take care of all the logistics (goggles, wetsuits and swimming shoes) so that you can enjoy this adventure. This unique tour takes you along the coast, through the orchards, into the villages, along rivers and up into caves and through waterfalls and nature at its best. We have the chance to swim in the hot springs year-round, as they are constantly rising at 25°C. This mineral spring water is known to contain properties that cleanse and revitalize the skin. (Swimsuits, towels or sandals not included)
See the Horta Nord, the scenic countryside that surrounds Valencia and we will drive under the imposing Roman Sagunto Fortress, discovering legends and quirky anecdotes of the different villages and experience nature and rural life in the Sierra Espadán mountains Lunch in local restaurant included
You will have free time and we will have dinner togheter after in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Valencia. Back to our hotel.

Be ready to pack, after breakfast we will head to Valencia airport to reach our Mallorca Island destination: The clear, aquamarine blue waters, sparkling sandy beaches, and gentle breezes offer a warm welcome, and Mallorca hospitality will invite you to stay a while! Welcome to his capital: Palma, amaze at the intricate façade of Palma Cathedral (La Seu); admire the palatial beauty of Almudaina Palace and revel in the lavish luxury of the Arab Baths and much more in this fascinating city you when you will discover the most important monuments and the narrow streets and enjoy the typical atmosphere of one of Spain’s most historic old quarters. After arrival time we will have lunch and we will check in our boutique central hotel, free time until we meet for dinner
For dinner we will discover Palma de Mallorca’s rich culinary traditions on this tapa tasting tour discovering the main gastronomic spots such as the municipal market and the old fishing village to sample local and regional tapas and drinks. See some of the city’s monuments such as the cathedral and the Almudaina Palace as you hunt for the best tapas with our private local guide.
27 of April Thursday

We will spend a full day immersed in the beauty of Mallorca’s mountainous northern coast and the World Heritage-listed Tramontana Mountain ranges. Ride a vintage-style tram to charming Puerto Soller, where you can admire original works by Miro and Picasso and we will take a guided tour of village highlights, spectacular views as our coach winds through mountain roads, and we will explore the lovely town of Valldemosa, where we will stroll through the peaceful cobbled streets or relax and enjoy a coffee while we devour one of the local delicacies such as the ‘coca de patatas’ (small potato-based sponge cake) as at this time of the day we usually have the charming town to ourselves. You can join our guide for a relaxed walk around the streets and visit the Carthusian Monastery and the famous composer Chopin’s house .Afterwards we will board the coach for a delightful sightseeing ride through the Sierra de Tramontana Mountain range which has been named world heritage site and is protected by UNESCO.
The spectacular Valley of Soller is famous for its splendid orange and lemon groves, as well as its quaint, original tram ride, which is included in our adventure. Visiting these areas will allow you to discover the island’s most natural beauty, making you fall in love with the precious landscapes you will be witnessing throughout the day. We will visit the old village of Soller where we will take a pleasant walk to see the most important landmarks of the village such as the main square, Can Prunera Museum, Soller’s modernist-style bank, the church of Soller and many more interesting places. If you like art, you can also have a look at the Picasso Ceramic Museum. We will be staying in Soller for lunch for typical Mallorca dishes, like this valley famous for its delicious oranges. After lunch we will take the tram to go to Port of Soller, the tram ride takes you to the Port of Soller and you will have free time so that you can stroll around and explore this charming natural port and, after visiting this place, our coach will take us back to our hotel.
Back to our Palma hotel and dinner.
28 of April Friday

Today after breakfast we will learn how to make traditional Spanish and Majorcan food from a local professional chef in Palma area known for its abundant vegetables and potatoes. together we are going to enjoy a day of cooking, preparing recipes that are typical of the islands. We will make a starter, a main course and finally, a dessert. You will become aware of the pleasure of cooking unhurriedly, with your own hands, in an atmosphere which is homely, simple and typical of the island.
Back to our hotel and dinner on your own in Palma de Mallorca
29 of April Saturday

Breakfast buffet in the Hotel. Check out and depart from our hotel to Valencia
After breakfast we will go to the Mallorca airport for our flight back to Valencia .We we will check into our centrally located hotel close to the modern area of Valencia. We will then have some free time before our next experience.
With our guides we will explore the site’s four main sections: Hemispheric, Museu de les Ciències Principe Felipe, L’Umbracle, and Oceanographic. Marvel at their structures, pose for pictures, and discover a wealth of information inside each one. Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences features distinctive architecture and exhibitions, but getting the most out of the sprawling site can be difficult. Follow our guides as they lead us around the main museum sections, including the planetarium and aquarium. We will experience a magical 4D experience in one of the most modern. complexes in the world.
After that we will head to the beach port area in Valencia where we will dine in one of the most exclusives traditional restaurants where we will admire a magical sundown over the Mediterranean Sea while we enjoy our gourmet dinner with local products.
When fully satiated, with knowledge and food, relax as we’re taken back to our hotel.

After breakfast, we will offer some suggestions on spending your free time. You could explore the Hemispheric and the Oceanographic in Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences, go shopping or relax on Valencia beach. Lunch is on your own. We will have a Farewell dinner in a local restaurant.
